I was looking for a board for heavy riders, I'm 5ft 10", 245ft tall. I did a little research and after reading the reviews I settled on this board. Most, if not all, of the reviews you read are sponsored by the company. You'll get a free shirt for a 5-star rating. And you can get the same longboard online from Magneto's website by searching "bamboo longboard" on Google, which is $30 cheaper than Amazon. And if you're trying to get a refund, you'll have to pay for shipping, which will cost you about $30-$45. The payment came in about 3 days. Looks good out of the box. The box was somewhat damaged, but the sneakers were glued to it with foam rubber. The board was tight, the trucks were tight, and the wheels were too tight to ride and move around with ease. After I solved the traces, it became easier to cut. and the bearings I loosened, but that wasn't enough until I cleaned and lubricated them with Bronson Bearings Co. ceramic oil. They definitely roll better but I swapped them out anyway and ended up replacing the wheels because they're awful. I used soap shavings on the bushings and rotary bowl to get rid of the squeaking I keep hearing. Even my 10 year old daughter and 140kg friend are still making the board squeak. Overall I am not happy with this board. To learn, buy a Retrospective longboard, Valador or Quest longboard for less. This board has amazing flexibility, but it squeaks terribly. The wheels aren't the best and possibly the worst I've ridden. I upgraded the bearings with breakneck bearings and upgraded the wheels with Cuguama's orangatangs for a better ride. But for that price I could just about get a Landyachtz or a Sector 9 board
