I recommend some prep work with masking tape.
The fenders and bumpers on my jeep were light gray now they are black and I only painted them 1 coat. Although a second coat may be required. I recommend some prep work with painter's tape as it doesn't peel off the paint easily and goes everywhere. Overall I LOVE this product!
