The product got VERY hot, slightly melting the plastic on the extension cord and making a buzzing electrical noise. He charged the surface of my windows so he did what he had to do. Update: Someone from the company contacted me and sent me a new power supply. The new brick works like a charm, and while it heats up moderately, I don't find it dangerous or harmful. I appreciate the customer service I received after the initial review and I am happy with the product delivered.
