I've only ever used a regular electric toothbrush so this quirky thing took a little getting used to. The biggest difference is that you really need a light touch. For example, almost no pressure on the teeth. If you're tired of brushing your teeth by hand, you'll probably be surprised at how easy and simple it is to brush your teeth with this tool. An oral irrigator is also a great, albeit cumbersome, tool. You must hold down the button on the floss to activate and use it. When you release the button, the flossing process will stop. It took some getting used to. If you've never used an irrigator before, you may run into trouble! Make sure you're standing over the sink and can let the water flow out of your mouth. Yes. That too took some getting used to. But now I love this combo and I probably won't go back to manual anymore. A note: at some point the battery will be empty and according to the operating instructions it can no longer be replaced. I haven't had one yet, but they say when your toothbrush can't hold a charge, it's time to replace it. Hopefully not for much longer, as one charge should last about 6 months (according to the instructions). It comes with a USB charging cable, spare toothbrush and floss heads, and a travel case to store everything.
