Poor quality! Defective! Not as advertised.

Poor quality! Defective! Not as advertised! Can't be adjusted. A 1 piece tube. No support. A pain to put on, you have to pull up from feet or pull down from head. Best Buy's phones closed due to Covid-19 so I can't call to complain. Have to throw out and loose the money. A waste of time and money!

It arrived on time and in good condition. Good slimming effect and not uncomfortable.
