It would be nice if assembly instructions were included. I figured out how to do it.1. Begin by turning the valve fully inside out.2. This helps unscrew the earpiece from the headband, giving you more room to work and maneuver.3. With the tab facing out, place 3 middle fingers under the tab so your nails are touching the outside of the pads. Position the seal so your fingers are still in the valve5. Unroll the valve with your fingers so it covers the outside of the plastic ring, one end at a time. This requires a lot of stretching and may take a few tries. Twist the pad back and forth a bit so the edge of the flap is snug against the plastic on all sides.
