The ability to get data directly from the appraisal database without having to manually enter information. It also allows users with varying degrees of experience to access the same documents which are created by advanced users. There is currently no way to create templates that can be used to automate tasks. I would recommend upgrading the product because it only has limited functionality at this time. We are solving problems related to maintaining consistency within our appraiser workflow. We have had other tools in the past, but they were not as integrated or user friendly. The ability to create custom fields, which can be used in many different ways throughout our business. Some of those uses are very specific but others could have more general use. I would like to see some additional customization options available through their support team. We've been able to solve problems that we couldn't before with this tool because it allows us to customize what we need without having to write code or develop tools ourselves.
