Overall this is a really good bag. I bought this after my iPhone XR's back glass shattered in a face down fall of just over 2 feet while riding in a commuter box. That's right, the FACE DOWN case broke the whole BACK. This case seems to offer excellent protection. It passed the water immersion test. I have not accidentally or intentionally tested the impact protection. The touchscreen feels just as responsive as it does without the case. There are small iridescent bubbles here and there that disappear with the slightest pressure on the back of the phone. Don't shoot down a star. I was a little disappointed to discover that the rumors that waterproof cases are guaranteed against physical damage to your device aren't true. That was one of the main reasons why I chose Lifeproof. I'm not sure if they covered and stopped the damage beforehand or if it was always just a rumor. I'm also a bit disappointed that they are now owned by Otterbox. I figured buying was giving up Otterbox products after having to replace my iPhone XR after less than a month of ownership due to a total lack of shock protection. Spring. I doubt they would have gotten the message anyway.
