Review on HEiL Sound PROSET-3: Premium Closed Back Studio Headphones - Pro Set 3 by Kenny Hrdlicka

I used to have salvation. Recently bought a pair of Philips Open Acoustic. In comparison, Heils have more power and require less volume. They effectively block out ambient noise even without active noise cancellation. I would recommend trying these out. Good sound for the price. . . definitely my choice in favor of Philips. There's no boomy bass here, but the clarity of the tone depends on the instrument, from Moog to bass guitar to piano-keyboard bass. . . still impresses me compared to all previous experiences. I agree with another reviewer that the highs aren't bright but are well balanced.
