Review on Turquoise Imitated Meteorite Titanium Women's Jewelry by TIGRADE by Serotonin Collazo

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Looks great, true to size, love the snug fit but wish it wasn't a tube cut ring

I think the ring looks fantastic. It definitely looks like it's worth more. I don't think it can be confused with real turquoise and meteorite, but that's okay because whatever it is, it looks good. I'm a size 8 and wear a size 8 on my finger so the ring fits me perfectly. I gave this a 4 star rating instead of 5, not because of any specific flaw (I think) but because the pipe cutout ring seems to be driving me nuts. I keep taking the ring off because the 90-degree edge (like a cut tube, i.e. "cut tube") irritates the skin in my palm when I'm typing. It's not sharp, but it "feels" sharp when you put a split ring on the pipe. I would urge anyone considering having a cut out trumpet ring as an engagement ring to reconsider their decision. I'm glad I just bought it for fashion reasons and am trying to get used to wearing my future engagement ring. I will praise something about it. This is a "Comfort Fit" ring, which means the inside is concave (rounded) making the ring MUCH easier to put on and take off than an uncomfortable fit ring and much more comfortable to wear. If I wasn't constantly typing at work, this ring probably wouldn't bother me. But there I do. It's driving me crazy because of that sharp edge (which I was trying to photograph). I'm glad my wedding ring will have a domed edge. I would recommend a raised edge or at least a beveled edge for a ring that you intend to wear all the time. The pipe cut is annoying.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Safety
