Enough storage space in the front pocket. I liked that it has retractable handles, but was expecting them to be more durable - not made of the same fabric as the case. The handles feel a little "tight" when in use. I also wish it could slip over the handle of a suitcase so it would be secure when traveling due to the size and weight of a 17" laptop. I didn't think I would miss this special feature because of the shoulder strap, but the reality is I won't attach the strap to my laptop when I travel and come across it with every step - it's much easier to put the cover on the Suitcase handle and know it's protected from falling and tipping over.
