Great Product. I ordered this size larger than the recommended size because I ordered the recommended size and it is too small. When the larger one was obtained it was amazing. The Velcro didn't chafe my ankle and I wore it to a 24 hour race where I had NO ankle issues or planar fasciitis. It got wet, dirty and absolutely filthy, but it stayed, washed and still usable. The extra strap is also impressive. I wore it on the afternoon of a 24 hour event when it was dark and I thought running through the woods would definitely sprain my ankle. I stepped in a few pits and holes but my ankles stayed fine although it was my right ankle that bothered me the most. I was very tired as the competition went on, my legs were getting pumped up and I'm sure I would have injured one of my ankles if I hadn't had extra support. I also have flat fasciitis, again mostly in my right foot, which causes daily pain, but it's not a problem now. I had a bit of pain in the PF around 8pm but like I said I'm tired and I know I'm heel landing more which PF doesn't need. I highly recommend them for ankle and PF issues. You can easily put the shoes on over it and I had no other support to put the shoes on easily and comfortably.
