I am very happy with these socks. I am 7 months pregnant this summer and it has changed for work. It keeps my legs and feet from swelling and I don't get very hot (I mean when it's 35 degrees outside everything is hot but it's definitely not as bad as you might expect). They feel like high quality fabric. One thing I found odd was that I ordered 5 packs and received 6... and a couple of the designs were a bit different... but I won't complain. They leave marks on the skin that start itching after taking them off, but it's no worse than I'd experience with anything else that's tight. All in all I would definitely recommend it.
