I like how much time they put into each client, their knowledge when it comes to recruiting candidates for our industry as well as other industries outside engineering specifically healthcare. They are very thorough and get back quickly if there's any delay at all from your end. It would be nice if you could see what projects someone else was working on (even remotely) so we can better understand who might fit best within us! We have been using them since 2013 but only recently started seeing benefits due to increased volume of work through additional hiring efforts made possible by this service.
