I like how easy it was for me as my recruiter (Kay)to set up interviews! It also helped us save time because we didn't have recruiters from other agencies calling all day long asking about our candidates or what they needed next step wise during their interview process - which made sense since this service allows you access your candidate's profile online 24 hours prior so there are no surprises when scheduling calls etc.. I like how much time they put into each client, their knowledge when it comes to recruiting candidates for our industry as well as other industries outside engineering specifically healthcare.
