Review on Kay/Bassman by Flex Graham

I like how easy it was for me as my recruiter (Kay)to set up interviews! It also helped us save time because we didn't have recruiters from other agencies calling all day long asking about our candidates or what they needed next step wise during their interview process - which made sense since this service allows you access your candidate's profile online 24 hours prior so there are no surprises when scheduling calls etc..

The only thing i can say would be if more people used kay bassmann services then maybe some things could improve? Like less phone tag but still keep everything organized through emailing eachother directly instead.- Interviews were scheduled within minutes after applying via website.
