I think I've tried almost all types of pillows with no success. Neck pain, headaches, and shoulder pain ranged from severe to nightmarish depending on which pillow I tried. Bought this pillow based on the reviews. OH GOD this is amazing. I love it. You should experiment with the amount of water that is good for you. It took me 3 tries (3rd time is nice) to find the right amount. Now I understand why people like this pillow. Excellent quality.
