Overall I think the mats are on par with other more expensive options. General note: On a Ford Supercrew Truck rear mat, this is not full coverage - it only protrudes a few inches under the back seat but provides full coverage all the way to the front seats. As for the ordering experience, I'm only giving 3 stars because they sent me the wrong front mats for my truck even though the box was labeled correctly by the manufacturer. In my case, I ordered (and tested) one-piece front floor mats since I have a front bench seat, and I received a two-piece floor mat in the box designed for the center console front seat. It's obvious that the manufacturer mislabeled the box as they simply use a sticker on their box to indicate which model is in the box. The two pieces still work and I'm just using them instead of the hassle of sending them back.
