I purchased two packs of the Xerox Phaser 3610 and both cartridges showed the same "Invalid Toner Cartridge" error. I admit that putting the original cartridge back in also gave me the same error until I cycled the printer. I could not accept two new cartridges even after cycling the power. I bought them to have on hand and now it's too late to return them. I understand that sometimes you get a bad cartridge, no matter the brand, but I don't think I would risk it again.
