This pulldown rope for the price was way beyond my expectations. The rope itself is about a 1 1/2 inches in diameter and the rubber ends are extremely strong. Fantastic for triceps work, biceps work, etc. My only cautionary statement would be please be careful doing face pulls because the rubber ends are weighted and will knock you out if you get filled with the Spirit and start hammering out shoulder work! I had the AC/DC music cranked up and was all psyched out to have a good workout and darn near broke a tooth when I forgot to separate the rope at the end of the movement! Haha, for those of you who are calculating, meticulous about form, or just coordinated this rope attachment will be a great addition to your home gym!
