They works really well for the most part.Only thing I would change would be to make the plastic knobs on the bottom of the rope grip more. Maybe make them rubber or coat them in rubber.When the knobs touch each other during certain exercises they slip off each other making it hard to keep even on things like hammer throws ex. But for the money it is a great find for sure

I had low expectations given the price tag. My cable showed up today, and I am super impressed. The rope cable is very thick. Great quality. I can tell this will last a long time. This is a great addition to my home gym.

This rope is going to last me years! The metal is very sturdy. The thickness is perfect for a good hold on it. Hard plastic ends will not come off. I love using this rope for face-pulls. Instead of a regular straight bar, this hits the triceps in a different angle when I use them for tricep pull downs. Love it!

Love the color. Bummed it arrived rusted. I purchased the shorter rope 3 years back and that one is still holding up strong with no rust anywhere. Quality of the choice of materials has gone down.

This is great for triceps work, but awful for face pulls despite the increased length. I haven't measured it, but other ropes boasting similar size do not seem to have this issue.Anyways, you can do face pulls still, but with terrible form. You will need to use two of you want to be able to spread your arms enough and at that point, you might as well just get a better rope. Considering returning this.

I bought it because I wanted a longer rope and I ordered the 36 inch rope and this one is not even close to 36 inches. That's my review.

This tricep rope is pretty thick, and very durable! I workout 5days a week and perform 7-8 different exercises with this rope with a significant amount of weight and it is holding up well. I purchased the 27” rope and It allows me full range of motion through all my exercises , I’m 5’8. Definitely recommend.

It's a solid rope that does what is expected out of it. Been using it for a few months now for tricep pulldowns and have no issues with it so far.

Ropes add options of movement with your hands other than a straight line as opposed to metal pushdown handles. It comes with a nice big hook which is much better than the one that came with the pulley tower on my weight bench.

Added to a bowflex xtreme - easy to clip onto one side of the lat pull down cables, and I can now do tricep pull downs. A lot cheaper than the official accessory and very comfortable to use.

I've been using this, daily for a few weeks now; it works as well as the public gym's equipment and is 1000 times cleaner than the grimy, greasy ones at the gym. I use this mainly for doing daily shoulder exercise (face pulls). This size is just right for me, but I taller person, with longer arm reach may need a longer version (in order to do the exercise properly and pull the arms back behind the head). The quality is excellent and the color scheme is perfect - as it is clearly distinguishable

Amazing having your own set at the gym. It’s even better when you forget them but someone grabs them knowing they are yours because they aren’t basic.

Very sturdy standard to the ones at the gym. but the one I use has worn enough it's thinner. This one is very thick and will definitely stand the test of time. just wish it was thinner for my personal comfort.

This pulldown rope for the price was way beyond my expectations. The rope itself is about a 1 1/2 inches in diameter and the rubber ends are extremely strong. Fantastic for triceps work, biceps work, etc. My only cautionary statement would be please be careful doing face pulls because the rubber ends are weighted and will knock you out if you get filled with the Spirit and start hammering out shoulder work! Well made and well worth it! Wanted to get a rope to bring with me to LA Fitness after all this covid crap lol. The ropes at every gym I’ve ever been are the most disgusting piece of equipment in the joint. I hated using them and they are impossible to disinfect. Does what its made to do. The metal whole is rough so I predict it will eventually wear the rope down. Wish the rope was longer.
