Bad for face pulls: my feedback
This is great for triceps work, but awful for face pulls despite the increased length. I haven't measured it, but other ropes boasting similar size do not seem to have this issue.Anyways, you can do face pulls still, but with terrible form. You will need to use two of you want to be able to spread your arms enough and at that point, you might as well just get a better rope. Considering returning this.
