Beware! Water tastes poisonous
With this hose, water tastes downright horrid! The toxic taste of plastic/rubber makes me sick with one sip! Flavor is also very evident in coffee and other flavored beverages made from water flowing through this tube. We drained as many gallons to get rid of the chemical taste. I bought this after our old bungee cord broke, thinking the stainless steel mesh would prevent it from breaking in the future. However, the taste is so off-putting that I resorted to my spare jug filter until I found a better hose. Very disappointed with this product.
