This is an AMAZING item but you must READ THE MANUAL to determine your toilet floor flange installation configuration. When installed by you or your operator, almost someone has to sit on the toilet to squeeze the Fluidmaster toilet seal so the knot can be tightened at the bottom. Yes, have someone SIT on the toilet with the lid down and then have someone else tighten the two mounting bolts that attach the toilet to the floor. You MUST tighten evenly - make a turn or two on the left mounting nut and then switch to the right mounting nut and wiggle it back and forth so that the tension is EQUALLY APPLIED to both sides of the toilet base. Installation is really easy. (I observed the installation). The TRICK is to have someone sit on the toilet with the lid down while the roll off sequence is pressed to the floor.
