Misleading Ads and Substandard Goods
Misleading Ads. I only provided a T10, T8, Phillips screwdriver and a tool from the tool kit. What was missing? Complete 14-piece tool set with case. That means no case, tweezers, and a few other missing screwdrivers that I found the hard way when disassembling my iMac, except for the very last screw, which requires a T6. Also, only one suction cup worked. I was still able to get the jar out, but it's quite annoying to say the least.
