For old ADT cameras.
This item worked perfectly. I was finally able to upgrade my 10 year old TV that connected my old ADT/DVR ADT4HS2 cameras via the VGA input. Since new TVs don't have this input anymore, I used it with a VGA to HDMI adapter to get a camera backup.
