You can easily manage your customers, leads, opportunities, contacts and accounts with this software. The customer service is great too! I love that you can customize everything in the program. There are many features but nothing that I dislike. This is a great product that will help you organize all of your business data and keep it organized. So far, I like how easy it is to use and how much information you can store in one place. There isn't anything I dislike yet. We have been able to improve our sales and marketing process with this software.
