I appreciated that they had been very thorough about their due diligence process for my transaction - it was important to them as well! They were also able to keep me informed throughout every step along the way so there weren't any surprises later down the road when things didn’t go smoothly or needed additional work (which is often what happens).

It's not necessarily something you'd think would be an issue but at least give some thought if this might apply since sometimes other lawyers will do one thing differently which can lead into issues further downstream.
