I have returned this item. There were several problems. The material used to cover the foam didn't feel smooth under my wrists. It was sparkling. Over time, the skin on the wrists started to hurt from using the pads. Using this wrist rest has become very uncomfortable. Perhaps due to the material covering the foam, the sliding noise became annoying and distracting as I moved my wrists back and forth across the pad. The foam seemed to increase the sliding noise. These two issues weren't product criteria when I first started looking for a keyboard, but they are now. The logo on the pillow was gummy and sticky.
