I like that it is easy to connect with other vendors who have this product so you can exchange ideas or even find new partners.

It would be great if they could make more of an effort in making their website easier for customers/users. Make sure your looking at all aspects when choosing a vendor! You want to know how well thought out everything looks as far back end-wise goes along with frontend stuff too (like usability). We use info check point software because we are working across multiple departments within our organization looking into purchasing items from suppliers and then tracking them through each department until delivery - whether that's via email notification etc.
