Bought for marinating food. Easy to clean. It's strong, but I wouldn't use it to grind walnuts. It's not as flexible as soft plastic, but I'm sure it can take a beating. I would still use plastic utensils to avoid scratching the inside. I expect it to last
- Stain and crack resistant polycarbonate, reinforced corners, textured bottom; retains its appearance and withstands daily use
