Frequent computer use. Blue light blocking glasses will always save you from a headache after long hours of hard work in front of a screen. I have a good pair, but this is gold. I keep a pair on each table, so I always have protective glasses with me. They do their job. I don't mind the geeky botanical style, especially the clean ones. I find them particularly cool. You feel like a high-tech scientist there.
