Bought for my husband for Christmas. It lacked clear instructions, a troubleshooting guide, and an FAQ. You're pretty much alone in finding that out. I dived with him yesterday - the videos and pictures turned out well, it would be better if he didn't forget to use filters. This morning I noticed a crack near the buttons in the case, when you press the buttons water flows. It hasn't been removed, so it appears to be a manufacturing or shipping issue. The functionality is great once you get the hang of it. It has made it as far as 100 feet without water getting into the compartment that houses the phone. It remains to be seen if tears and water leaking from under the buttons are normal or will affect their function. I would give more points if the instructions were better. It also comes in a box with no manufacturer details - Meikon is not listed on the box, camera body or instructions. I'm not sure if this is a genuine Meikon product or a fake. Will update this as we learn more.
