Maybe you get what you pay for. This is for a steel blade, not replacement blades. I couldn't get the blade sharp enough to cut facial hair. I gained a lot of weight before trying it. I even tried sharpening with whetstones. I just couldn't get the blade sharp enough. - UPDATE - The seller replied to my email and offered a full refund and sent me a replacement blade. While I can't change my mind about the razor, I give higher stars for the refund and seller's response. -UPDATE 2-The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement razor with a replacement blade. Essentially a safety razor in a blade mechanism. While not "heirloom" or "vintage", it works very well. I'm impressed with the response from the sellers. They even called and left a message asking what they could do to fix the problem. For this reason I give five stars. Good service!
