Review on 🧈 Double Covered Stainless Butter by Norpro by Michael Finnegan

Good looking, well made and holds two full packs of oil side by side. However, it has a serious design flaw! All four shell edges slope upwards and outwards at an angle of about 45 degrees. If you cut into a slice of butter (whether cold or soft), the pieces of butter will slide up the sides of the pan. Sometimes when you take it out of the fridge, the lid slips off the sides. The sides of the tray should be at 90 degrees to the ground and all problems will be solved. If it weren't for this design flaw, I would have given it 5 stars. I'll look to Wal-Mart for a cheap plastic replacement.
