I bought this to protect my laptop and laptops from heavy rain and snow (the waterproofing spray didn't work very well). That works great! It has small rivets that attach to the Kanken straps, fits snugly around the bag and fits easily into a small pocket, making it easy to put on and take off. Just make sure you check the sizing before you buy (I accidentally bought one for the mini-Kanken first!)
