good spacers: tires and wheels

used them on my jeep tj as my 35 wheels rubbed on the control levers. Dressed and done. Time will tell how they hold up, but they've clocked up almost 3,000 miles and haven't gotten lost or given me any problems.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • some cons

Excellent delivery speed, exactly what I ordered.

Great quality! Very nice anodized finish, perfect fit and very fast shipping! It has really helped my TJ posture and also helped my hoops clean forearm! I would absolutely recommend it!

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Only available in black

They're not screwed securely onto the wheel studs

I fitted them to my Jeep and the nuts that came with them were only halfway in. I haven't seen any recommendations for using longer spikes, but you will definitely need them if you intend to use them. I don't keep them on my Jeep, it's just not safe to walk like that.

Pros
  • They're fun
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

DO NOT BUY '02 Jeep Wrangler

Both front and rear, the new eyelets thread onto the studs significantly less than the original. It's not safe. I have no idea why RC designed these spacers the way they did, but they really need to rethink the design and make the bolt longer. I wouldn't buy until that happens, they are essentially buggy right out of the box. I have mine back, don't waste your time.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified

Easy installation and more stability!

I'm watching some YouTube videos about installing spacers on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ. I have 31" tires and they rub when I'm making a full turn so I needed them. They look great and if you've ever changed a tire it was an easy install. There was no thread lock in the kit so I had to take it. After stopping, I drove onto the freeway and it seemed to me that my jeep was more stable because it had a wider stance. Worth the money and makes the jeep better.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Expensive

Make sure you have enough threads to FULLY secure the lug nuts.

Does not suit my application, although it should. The supplied lug nuts do not fully seat onto the wheel once the washers are installed; extremely dangerous. I only get 50% threads on my studs. My OEM lugs are either shorter than RC expected or my rotors are too thick. They don't fit my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee anyway. I'm really disappointed as I've used a ton of RC just to defeat something as simple as spacers. Sad day.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • There are nuances
