Very cute goat! What surprised me is that for some reason I expected Sola to feel firm and not so squishy. The Sola is very compressible and has a very loud squeak, which my son finds funny, but my ears like it. You can't cover the whole hole with tape because then you won't be able to compress the Sola because the tape will blow out all the airflow. However, you can partially cover the hole, which will reduce the volume a little. Easy to wash by closing the finger hole and good quality!

I love this company. You're doing everything right - use materials that are good for the environment and good for your child. I want their products to be in every store and used in place of cheap plastic that is not good for our children or our world. Baby also loves Sola the goat (and so do I! I got this as an alternative to the popular giraffe as I thought my 7 month old daughter would want to teethe on it as she teethes on other toys but she does didn't seem to like her real teethers. I think it's easy to clean, but (according to the instructions) you have to put your finger over the buzzer hole when washing and rinsing, and if you don't I'm not sure if it's mold resistant.
