The scarf has excellent color and is made of high quality silk. I wouldn't call it light though and I don't consider it a scarf unless you've wrapped a lot, it's quite a large scarf.

This scarf is amazing! I am planning to travel to Europe in the near future. I like the colors because they go with navy blue, black, gray or burgundy and are large enough to be used as a cape. The silk material is beautiful and makes the item look more expensive than it actually is.

Amozon's description says silk. The label on the outside of the box reads "100% Mulberry Silk Scarf". It is described in the washing tips sheet as a "100% silk scarf". The inside label says "Fabric Type: 100% Silk" UNFORTUNATELY the sewn-in label says "100% POLYESTER SILK FABRIC" Polyester is not silk, no matter how silky it may appear.

Didn't know it was SO SOFT - to the point I can't wrap my hair in it which is why I bought it. It doesn't stay up when I try to wrap it. Too much slip! Sigh. It can only be worn as a scarf around the neck or shoulders, which is not what I bought it for. bought it to protect my naturally curly hair, so disappointed, plus it's a beautiful lovely scarf

I have many other famous brands of silk like overalls and I can tell you it's not silk. It's great, don't get me wrong. However, it is not silk. It also has a tag, presumably with the type of fabric cut off, and I noticed that as soon as I opened it. I saw in other reviews that their scarves had a tag that said they were "like silk". Please do not falsely advertise that they leave an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth and I will not buy them again. Hope others have better luck.

Nice scarf. I've always used polyester scarves so this was a huge upgrade. The fabric is super soft and light. You will definitely feel the quality. I've never owned a silk scarf so I can't confirm it's 100% silk and looks really great and 'silky'. The print is very nice and this scarf is big. It has a rectangular shape. I use it as a headband before bed. This is a delicate fabric so be careful with it. I plan to buy more soon. Excellent value for money and quality.

Love the colors, the smoothness and the length. I can wrap it on my head over the black bamboo cap to keep it from slipping off. I make part of the black cap appear as a band on the forehead framing the face, then the scarf is wrapped in a turban or side tie, then tied several times like a pigtail, and at the end a black elastic ponytail is tied around it to keep it from unraveling. My ears are covered with a scarf due to alopecia, so I add a glittery brooch or glittery claw clip over the side…
