These are a game changer for me! I need a total hip replacement, and my leg is raised from the hip. For the past four years, I've only been able to wear sneakers with 3/4" heel lift inside. The ones I bought before did the trick in the winter with socks, but since they were all vinyl they weren't that comfortable without socks in the heat.
