A Great Knife for Crippled Hands

I just received this knife and I love it. I have a full set of expensive knives.My challenge is that my hands have become crippled and I can't hold a knife the correct way anymore.I need to be able to drag the blade across whatever I am cutting while holding the knife with my fingers on top of the handle.A rounded front edge helps. I have one smaller knife that has that type of blade.The shape of the blade is why I bought this knife.It works great!It was super sharp on arrival so keeping it…

Not for bone for my opinion

Really fits my hands good. For the money it's a good knife for vegetables and meat. I used it to fillet fish and the blade edge failed in a couple areas. I rebounded the chips and folds, resharpened the knife and will be using it only for veggies. It's a good knife .

A perfect design for small (i.e. city apartment) kitchens

I've wanted this knife ever since I saw it in NYC a long time ago. Instead of hauling out a big heavy 8"+ German knife, this lighter knife is great for smaller work spaces. Even tho' it looks like a cleaver, don't try and cut through bones etc. you'll damage the edge. Even tho' it's stainless make sure the knife is dry before putting it away.

Great feel. Great function. Great look. Have to sharpen after nearly every use. But that's what you should expect with a cheaper blade. Would absolutely recommend for carving

Very sahrp: my feedback

This butcher knife is really sharp, be careful using it. I bought this butcher knife to butcher deer I hunt. It cut the meat/muscle like a razor. Very happy with it. Just careful when sharpening it, and since it has 25º angle you got to follow this angle to ensure lasting sharpness of the blade.

Bent point dents on steel handle.

I received this knife quickly and upon opening it the tip of the blade was bent so it had no point to it. I grinded off and smoothed out the bent steel with my sharpener. Also the steel towards the back of the handle has dents on it as if it was damaged while making it or possibly dropped. I gave it 2 stars cause the knife is functional and serves the intended purpose. I really love the style just the quality sucks but then again the price is low so this will be a gamble in terms of quality you
