A perfect design for small (i.e. city apartment) kitchens
I've wanted this knife ever since I saw it in NYC a long time ago. Instead of hauling out a big heavy 8"+ German knife, this lighter knife is great for smaller work spaces. Even tho' it looks like a cleaver, don't try and cut through bones etc. you'll damage the edge. Even tho' it's stainless make sure the knife is dry before putting it away.
- Very sharp well constructed knife. Bought two more after original purchase.
- The handle is poorly constructed, causing it to come apart easily
