These are a game changer for me! I need a total hip replacement, and my leg is raised from the hip. For the past four years, I've only been able to wear sneakers with 3/4" heel lift inside. I like these because they now let me wear some shoes I really liked but couldn’t wear because of where they hit my ankle. I can now wear the shoes because my foot is lifted a little higher in them

These heel lifts are the best I have tried. The adhesive makes it possible to move them from shoe to shoe, and stay where they are put. I am looking forward to trying them in sandals this coming summer. They are easy to clean which is a great feature.

I used to need moleskin so I wouldn't get blisters.I put these in my shoes and now they're SO comfortable! Like magic. loose fit; no adhesive, no support, ..when taking off the shoes the pads would fall to the floor.

Ordered these at the suggestion of my physical therapist- amazing product- comes in 3 pieces-the tan part ( has a tiny lift) and 2 clear lifts- they stick together easily, but also you can reposition easily! I have them in all my shoes and they have helped so much. Would encourage anyone wondering if they will work to order- they work so well

I recently suffered a torn Achilles’ tendon. As I was recovering my rehab required heel lifts that were adjustable. The Dr. Foot Orthopedic heel lifts were just what I needed. Not only were they adjustable but they were very comfortable. Given what the rehabilitation clinic wanted to charge, the Dr. Foot orthopedic heel lifts were a bargain. I highly recommend them.

I liked that there were several layers so I could use as many as I needed to make my shoes fit right. They stuck together and yet pulled apart perfectly to let me find just the right combination to give me the right height for me.

I love that there are different insoles in one pack so I can adjust it according to my personal need. They are comfortable and I had no trouble with them fitting in my sandals and they are not noticable!

Great product! My alignment on right side was off by 1" following hip replacement surgery which caused me to walk with a limp. Tried these and now no limp, walking upright and no back pain from the spinal misalignment. Highly recommend. Started with the brown & 1 clear lifts but still had a slight limp. I added the 3rd clear lift and all is perfect!

I bought it to compensate for my right leg being shorter than the left. The difference is just a few millimeters. But over the years, with exercise, lots of walking, and especially after a sprained knee, the asymmetry led to deep knee pain. I wish I had found this product sooner. I've been wearing it for 3-4 weeks. It has helped the pain to go away and I think it's allowing my weak knee to strengthen since the correction forces the longer leg to work less. I am a physical therapist and have used and recommended a variety of heel lifts over the years. These are by far the best lifts for the best price. They are comfortable and the adjustable layers are great. I have one in my running shoes, hiking shoes, slippers, boots, and everyday shoes.

I have had hip pain for years just found out my left leg is shorter than my right and was recommended these no pain ! Now I just need some for every pair of shoes 😊

Does the job to adjust the leg length of my unreplaced hip to match my new hip. my new hip is a bit longer. I used the cloth insert with one wedge.

If you have foot problems like me. And you can’t wear flat shoes. These heel lifts are perfect. They stay out and don’t slide around. I have bought 2 sets!

I was happy to read all your positive feedback. Unfortunately, my experience was different. I am experiencing heel pain, and this product slides off the shoes and won't stay in a comfortable place. I had to keep adjusting it on my shoes. The quality is great, but there is nothing that sticks to the shoe to grab better and prevent sliding.

I strained my Achilles tendon, and it's taking a long time to heal. I wish I would have got these sooner. I put several layers in my shoe, and it makes it so that I am not limping by the end of the day. It is very comfortable and doesn't feel weird in my shoe.
