Great heel lifts on my review.
I am a physical therapist and have used and recommended a variety of heel lifts over the years. These are by far the best lifts for the best price. They are comfortable and the adjustable layers are great. I have one in my running shoes, hiking shoes, slippers, boots, and everyday shoes.
