These are great little tools that are easy to carry and use anytime.

I work professionally and have severe muscle tension/tenseness in my back and shoulders. These are great little tools that are easy to carry and use when needed. All you need is a strong wall, some pressure and some patience :) Good trigger point therapy requires patience. Thanks for a great product.

Five stars for product - 2 stars for annoying emails!

update. I originally gave this product 5 stars. I was very happy with them, so much so that I ordered a set for a friend. I am keeping 5 stars for the product but have lowered the overall rating by one star because the seller asked for feedback even though I had already provided one after my original purchase! First Review - Spikes work great for my foot.

Great tools, the best massagers

These massage balls are cool! I love the fact that you get 3 different balls, one is smooth if your skin is very sensitive (especially on damaged areas) and the other two are spiked balls with different hardnesses Don't lose your balls or instructions. This was one of my favorite purchases. The only problem I have with these massage balls is my dog thinks the balls are his so I have to be careful where I leave them.
