When it comes to baking, presentation is everything. And KeepingcooX's 12-Hole Non-Stick Madeleine Silicone Baking Pan With Handles definitely delivers on that front. The double bright colors are an instant mood-booster, and the handles make it easy to transfer the pan from the oven to the cooling rack. The non-stick surface is a lifesaver when it comes to cleaning up. The only downside is that it's not quite as non-stick as advertised - I did experience some sticking with certain batters. Butโ€ฆ
