My kid was moving something in the laundry room and accidentally knocked over the dispenser. It hit the wood floor and shattered. I will say the silicone covering kept all the glass and detergent enclosed in itself and there was no clean up necessary.

The fact that this glass bottle was more sustainable and stylish than a plastic bottle was important to me. It fills easily and it looks nice on the shelf at first. After using it, though, I discovered that if you fill the cap with detergent, empty it into the dryer, and then replace the cap the bottle will be covered in drips of detergent. This bottle was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a reusable bottle to store my fabric softener in to take to the laundromat when I wash my comforter. I was a little hesitant about it being glass, but the protective silicone encased around it makes it more durable. While it was a little pricey for my budget, I do think it was a successful purchase.

Looked great but dropped it from about 2 ft high on a wood floor and it completely smashed, with all the contents wasted. Looks beautiful and seemed functional but broke very easily.

I keep Downey in this jar. I think it's a little on the smaller side. I have to refill it often but it keeps me from having to jug around a big plastic container. I like that it's not bulky and the rubber exterior help it not slipped my hands. I read on one of the other reviews about it dripping so I added seal tape before using it and I don't habe any dripping Ever!

The product appears to be as advertised. One of my bottles came packaged in a box and the other was loose in a bag. It has stains on the rubber but it didn't break in shipping so it must be sturdy.

I got these so I could add essential oils to unscented laundry soap so if I wanted to use something with a scent I could. They leak so bad that the cabinets above my washer & dryer are a disaster. There is dried up detergent all down the bottle, caked up on the lid and all over the shelves. What a waste of money, will be returning.

The hole on the top of the dispenser is not enough to drain excess from the cap, you have to rinse the cap out every time you use it… I tried drilling two smaller holes (one of each side of the original) and it didn’t help much at all. Was really hoping the bottles would work for what I needed, but will be looking elsewhere.

the glass is thick and sturdy but leaks everywhere from the cap and i spend more time cleaning up after it than anything. That's my feedback.
