Solid as a rock: my feedback

We have RFID locks at my job so I'm eternally stretching my badge at the door and have burned through a handful of the cheapo string guys, with the spring wearing out, the string breaking, or the reel itself busting.Out of the box, this has a satisfying weight to the hand. The plastic is thick, and the wire in the reel has way more tension than string competitors. I personally use it primarily for badges but have no doubt you could hang a decent amount of keys on it without it stretching…

Works great! on my review.

I wear ID's at work and for a cosplay hobby of mine. Trust me, if you're kitted-out in costume, you need an actual ID handy, on-demand if authorities (convention staff, security, police, etc.) ask for one. This set is a great product. No issues so far with the cord retracting. The manufacturer says the pulley can support up to 8oz. without damage, but why chance it? Pro tip: you can remove the keyring from the cord, for an even lighter and cleaner look. One of the reasons I selected this set…
