Great product for a great price.

Great kit, allowed me to use my 2 2.5" SSDs in one slot and add a 3.5" HDD. The cables are better than the ones I was using before too.

Pros
  • Fits just right in my Computer case
Cons
  • The kit may not be useful for users who do not have a spare 3.5-inch drive bay

Perfect setup for adding SSD drive to existing desktop

For the price, you cannot beat this. Installed quickly and is sized perfectly. Plus comes with all installation screws that are and could be needed. Recommend for anyone adding/replacing a drive in their desktop. Utilized a new SSD for startup and kept the older drive for storage capacity.

Pros
  • Worked great for my needs
Cons
  • The installation process may be difficult for inexperienced users

Everything You Need

This product is literally all you need to successfully mount a Solid-state drive. Heck, they even include a mini-screwdriver! My only wish was that the screwdriver was magnetic for the tiny screws! Still, a great kit for a reasonable price.thank you.

Pros
  • Exactly as described and quick shipping.Worked perfectly.
Cons
  • The kit may not come with any warranty or support from the manufacturer

Flimsy, cheap, and decently practical.

It's a nice kit with all the tools and cables included. It comes in a neatly packaged box. The only issue is the caddy itself is rather flimsy and very thin and I bent it slightly just getting it out of the box. If I were to buy this again for a higher end build, I would buy a sturdier one but I suppose that is the compromise that was taken for including all the cables.

Pros
  • As advertised and easy to install.
Cons
  • The kit does not come with any instructions or user manual

Get this if you need one or more of the items.

Just got two new hard drives for my computer. Used everything in here except the bracket and the molex splitter. Works great, best price for something like this I could find. I would have ordered just for the hard drive screws, and turns out I needed a power splitter and the sata cables as well.

Pros
  • Nice kit. A little tight getting drives installed. Could be better. Can beat the price for all you get.
Cons
  • Bracket was missing. Returning.

Good quality! for my opinion

I used this mounting kit to install two 2.5 inch drives (SSD+HDD) on my 2010 iMac. The included cables were really useful. The only problem that I had was the side screws of the original 3.5 HDD which didn't fit with this kit.

Pros
  • It does the thing just fine.
Cons
  • The SATA and power cables may be of poor quality and prone to damage

Everything that is needed to add a SSD

What do you do when you add a second SSD? The orignal frame only holds one device. Just hook it up, and let it dangle at the end of the wires? That is exactly what I did. Not a real good idea. Then this nice solution showed up. Now both devices are securly held in place. Just remember which one is the root drive. In my case they were two of the same brand, and size. When the data cables are reversed, the PC will fail to boot. An easy fix, but still anoying. The kit comes with everything from…

Pros
  • I do love the polished finish. On and it came with its own little screw driver! Great product.
Cons
  • No caddy in shipment. Just cables.

Pretty good good for me

Fits in Dell Optiplex HDD caddy, but not perfectly. Still secure enough for a stationary piece of hardware like a desktop. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

Pros
  • NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE.
Cons
  • The bracket may cause added weight to the PC case and potentially damage it

Nothing like the picture

I ordered this twice thinking the first time was a mistake but the second one was the same as the first; no bracket, no screws, just 4 SATA cables and two power splitters. Don't waste your time with this item.

Pros
  • Fit the new ssd and mounted in my tower computer without a fuss! Has room for 2 ssd’s.
Cons
  • ok

Pain in the ass to mount SSDs onto this thing, and then the drives don't sit flush with the edge so it's annoying as hell to get them connected. It was cheap and came with cables though. It's made out of some pretty shitty stamped material but the edges aren't super sharp and it's black so it blends in nice with pretty much any case.DO NOT use the Molex to SATA adapter, those things are almost always a fire hazard.

Pros
  • Had what it said in the package and was perfect for the drive I needed to install with it.
Cons
  • The bracket may interfere with other components inside the PC case

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Considering how cheap this was it is great.

I had to do massage to get the drives to slide in, but considering how cheap it was I can forgive the slightly imperfect fit. Once you get the drives in, getting the racked drives to mount in a 3.5 inch drive bay was easy.

Pros
  • Good for the price but was not compatible with my pc, so had a hard time installing.
Cons
  • Did not come with bracket, only a packet of cables

Perfect fit good for me

Cost effective solution to a common problem. Perfect fit, no struggling to get it into the chassis nor to insert the drive. I liked the included screws, too.

Pros
  • Exactly what I needed. Extra sata cables were a nice touch
Cons
  • The bracket may not fit securely in the PC case and lead to instability issues

Qook SSD Hard Drive Mount--2.5 " to 3.5 "

These drive mounts allow 2 SSD drives to be installed in a single drive space. They are inexpensive yet include all cables and hardware.

Pros
  • Product was as described and shipment was promptly delivered.
Cons
  • The SATA and power cables provided in the kit may not be long enough for larger PC cases

Came as described, well packaged.

This was, hands down, the easiest and cheapest install set I've ever used. My case is a Rosewill Challenger, and I needed to install my newly bought Samsung SSD - which is 2.5 inches - into a 3.5 inch slot. It was a snug and easy fit, and the extra cables and screwdriver were a plus. The packaging was neat and nice and easily reusable for storage.

Pros
  • Was able to install my new ssd easily with this kit. It comes with everything you need!
Cons
  • The mounting bracket kit may not be compatible with all types of SSDs and HDDs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A lot for a little.

It turned out that I didn't need everything that came with this kit but for what you pay you get a lot than if you tried purchasing separately. Good value for the money.

Pros
  • Nice product. Changed my HD to SSD easy.
Cons
  • Overall it did the job but had to redrill two holes to get my SSD drive securely mounted.

Great set to add ssd

Came with all components: cables for power and sada. Screws and screwdriver. SSD housing which fit my computer perfectly.

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • The bracket may increase the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage during installation

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well - my new review

Changing over to SSD from regular hard drive in my computer I needed this to form a more permanent installation. This worked great and was well accessorized for all scenarios.

Pros
  • Great product.
Cons
  • The bracket may not secure the drive properly and lead to vibration and noise issues

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works for what I needed

Works for what I needed. It didn't fit the slot exactly like it should, but a small modification and it works like it should.

Pros
  • Works as expected. Good Product.
Cons
  • The bracket may block access to other components and make upgrades difficult

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good product. in my review

Needed space for an extra hard drive spot in my 3.5 bay for an ssd so I could move the tray and have better airflow. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Easy to install and a perfect fit.
Cons
  • The bracket may not be aesthetically pleasing and harm the overall look of the PC
