This is my second silicon mat protector. The first one is in my sink and really protects the Corian. I got this one to put on the counter top so I have a place for hot pans when I run out of room on my stove. The little feet on the under side raise it enough to keep the countertop farther away from the hot pans. It's easy to roll up and store when not in use. It does the job I want it to do. The garbage disposal hole isn't a big deal though it would be nice not to have it.

So I got this for a more unconventional purpose. We floated our rough unused fireplace in concrete to use it as a space to hold a wine rack. I like the mat. The little feet in the bottom help elevate the mat so it's not sitting directly on the surface. It makes it less noisy when the kids toss something in the sink,too.

good material, grid is large enough to make cleaning easy while protecting pans from sink and vice-versa. May not fit all sink sizes, limiting its versatility!

I’ve been looking for one of these for a while. This one is super nice. It has little feet on the underside so the sink water can drain correctly.Pretty sure it can be cleaned in the dishwasher too!
